You can do it.” You hear this statement a lot. You sit with friends and family and ended up talking about all the things you want to accomplish and all the ways you want a different world and you hear the standard answer. “You can do this” is easy to dismiss this statement as just the comfort of a close companion.
But buried deep in this statement is a lot of truth. You can do this. You can. Your dreams are not impossible. There are many ways to achieve all the goals you want to achieve. You simply have to commit to these goals into action.
You CAN Do It – You CAN Change Your Life
Within that statement is the word -Can.- You -can- do it. Not you -will- do it. Though the statement implies that anything is within your grasp, there is still that small element of doubt – doubt that is entirely in your control. YOU can do it. Not someone else will do it for you. Not it will magically change without the slightest bit of effort. You can do whatever you want, but you can only turn that -can- into -will- if you are willing to commit to achieving those goals.
Only You Can Achieve Your Goals
What is stopping you from becoming who you want to be? Your friends want you to succeed. Your family wants you to succeed. You want to succeed. There is no one around to hold you back except yourself and your own hesitation. All you need to do is commit to putting your goals into action. It’s that simple.
Goals can be tangible, such as saving up to buy something you have always wanted. They can be emotional, such as gaining the confidence to speak out or introduce yourself to strangers. They can even be artistic, such as completing a novel or learning to paint. Any type of goal is manageable as long as you are willing to commit to reaching them.
Steps to Reaching Goals
You need to be ready to motivate yourself to change your life. One of the best ways to begin is to plan a course of action. Use the steps as follows:
Write down each goal you have in a notebook – remember, anything can be a goal. Map out all of the things you need to do to reach that goal. Give yourself a timeline/schedule. Plan how you will achieve your goals. Tell your friends and family – share with them the steps you plan on taking. Continue to motivate yourself by reminding yourself how the goals will change your life for the better.

If I seen many people around, they have hard work at office to get the money so they said they could have better life. But when we start sitting down at our office chair, we forget our reason to get a job. They are no longer working for their family, but to fulfill their career ambition.
On this moment we should think once again. I already seen this example from my own friend that achieve success in career. She traveled around the world to have a meeting with her office colleague from other branch. I really salute for what she have achieved for her career however her family condition is not really good.
Then we need to reconsider what actually we want in our life. If we get a job to make better live with family, why we left our family behind? So, we need to keep in mind about our first reason to get the job to support family.
Now this is your time to take an action to choose what kind of system you want to choose to tighten your family bond. Then start discusses how you can strengthen your family bond.
1. Use Phone or SMS – Phone or SMS considered useful to have communication on the distance with your family. The basic idea behind this is keep contact and have a chit-chat with your family member. My suggestion, don’t let relationship with your family lost for longer than 2 months. If you don’t make communication than you love to your family already decrease. Now we already have modern technology to help us communicate with our family faster. SMS or phone has been proven can make your communication better. This also can be effective when you have busy time in your office. You don’t take too much time to send SMS.
2. Show Appreciation – Most of the time we need to show our appretiation to our family. Show appreciation also can increase love between you and you family members. This will make you feel close to them and your relationship will get better. If you never do that, possible you or your family will feel empty in life. Therefore you should show them how much you care and take an action quickly. Not for tomorrow, but take an action today.
3. Give Flower – For so many years, people know flower as a symbol of fresh love and care. Fresh flower can have deeper meaning of love. Sometimes, I buy a bucket of flower to show my love to my wife. Flower can be a great gift that makes people happy. You can put those flowers in a vase and put in your family room to give fresh air and your will thanks for what you give to them. So if you love your family, why don’t you give them flower?
4. Eat Together – You can enchant your contact with your family during dinner. Even though it is not nice to have discussion while we eat, before dinner is ready you still may have discussion. At dinner you can find out more about your family. So you know exactly and feel your family condition. In here you can share what actually in your mind.
5. Watch movie with family – If you have a chance to watch movie together, then you have a chance to enjoy life with family. I often watch movie together with family. I feel so much different compared if am watching movie alone. When you watch movie together you will see the reaction of your family. You will see them laughing, you will see them smiling or you will see they get surprise. You can be more enjoying if you also discuss and share your view about the film.
6. Family holiday – family holiday could one of the best to have fun with your family. For me, it is already my biggest passion and dream. It is not only fun but every moment we feel will never be forgotten. However, family holiday is not always cheap. It is sometimes costly. Luckily, there are some places that do not need a lot of cash. For instance, you and your family can enjoy your holiday on beach. You can spend less money if you choose your family holiday on beach. Maybe if in your area you cannot find beach, you can go to park near you. Playing in park also fun enough, as long as you doing together with family.
The 6 way I told above is not all the way you can do to strengthen your relationship with family. Actually they are a lot of ways to do that. The basic idea, you need to spend your time together with your family. If you only have very short time, you still can give quality time to your family.
It could be bad if you some of us said they don’t have time with family. We can see for many years in the past. You can found so many families enjoy their life together, for example have a BBQ or dinner together with family. Can you see that kind of moment today?
In this modern world, we are living in rush society where people have to get good career to have good live. We do hardwork to finish our job at office. Some of us also take long shift or extra hour at office. That’s the reason why most of us cannot have fun with family.
Give a lot of money could the option for some people. To make it simpler, they purchase a console game such as Play Station, Xbox or Nintendo. So they will busy to play game alone. In my point of view, It would be more enjoyable if play console game with all family. One of the great ways that our family can enjoy. Like having holiday with family, but in this case you don’t need to go anywhere. It will be so much cheaper because you don’t spend your money on your journey to the place you choose to have a holiday.
So a good way to solve this problem you could set a schedule when is the time to have family holiday, or dinner every night. If you don’t make a plan, your family will not be united.
Sometimes when dinner come, some of our family members go hang out with friend or the parent still have extra time on the office. So it is crucial to create a schedule. It doesn’t matter how short it is.
Everyone on your family must have commitment to obey the play that already made. Including for parent, please stop working and ready to attend your dinner together with family. For children, choose the time when you want to have dinner with family and when you want to hang out with friends. In this matter, the parent should become an example for their children.
You don’t require starting with a big step. Change it little by little. If you still can’t commit with dinner, you could take your family on holiday. You can set a time whenever you like. If you don’t really have money to go, you don’t need to worries. You still can have fun at home, for example you can watch movie or play a game just like I told you before. When you do more activities along with your family, it can tight your bound with your family.
In conclusion, you can choose which ideas that your family enjoy. You may choose which method you like as long as you can continue to communicate with your family. All these ways will not be succeed if each of family members does spend their time to be together.

Is the Goldendoodle dog a good match for myself or my family? Many people seeking a family pet for the first time have many questions to ask themselves BEFORE considering a Goldendoodle. The first question is, can I afford to raise and own a Goldendoodle ? The second question would be, what is my lifestyle ? Many people do not take their lifestyle into consideration before adding a pet to their home.
Do you have time to spend with a Goldendoodle? Do you have time to devote to training your Goldendoodle? A Goldendoodle is a very family oriented, loving, affectionate and shaggy dog. They require YOUR time, patience, love, attention and your pocketbook. As a young puppy, the Goldendoodle does not require much coat maintenence, but as an adult, their coat will need to be groomed. One must take into consideration who is going to be the care taker of your new Goldendoodle, once it arrives at your home.

If you have considered a Goldendoodle for your next family pet, the next thing you’ll have to consider is your budget. While it may be true that you can locate a Goldendoodle for under $500, one must be wary of breeders who have their prices set very low. The average price for a Goldendoodle is approx. $500. Before becoming a breeder, I was not aware that so many people have never owned a dog before. An experienced breeder will not mind sharing with you, what they know, to help you become a successful Goldendoodle owner. Many Goldendoodle breeders are new to this hybrid and place erroneous information upon their websites or in their advertisements and unfortunately for those on a doodle quest, many doodle breeders who are inexperienced, piggy back on the other breeders who post inaccurate information about this terrific hybrid. This makes it very difficult for those who are new to the Goldendoodle, at trying to figure out what is accurate and what is not.
Many use canine testing as their reasons for commanding very high prices, yet won’t provide their buyers a lifetime guarantee even though they will tell you that they sell “healthy, genetically defective free” Goldendoodle puppies. Many Goldendoodle breeders have average prices…don’t test…yet, are very experienced, good breeders. Because there are quite a few Goldendoodle breeders who are backbreeding, inbreeding and linebreeding their Goldendoodles, it is very important that you purchase only a first generation Goldendoodle. A first generation Goldendoodle means that they do not have closely related parents or they have parents who are not related at all. Any breeder that tells you a multi-generation Goldendoodle is a non-shedding, hypoallergenic dog and is a much healthier, better doodle than a first generation Goldendoodle is telling you a lie. A Goldendoodle will shed very little and have a coat that will still require some coat maintenence, regardless of whether they are first generation or multi generation. Every Goldendoodle, regardless of generation, will have a very soft shaggy coat (unless it has been backbred to a Golden Retriever); every Goldendoodle will work out for those with mild allergies (unless it has been backbred to a Golden Retriever); every Goldendoodle will go through various coat phases and changes and every Goldendoodle will at some point in time, require coat maintenence…as all dogs do. Many Goldendoodle breeders will lie to you and tell you that a “Miniature Goldendoodle” is a dog that will range from 35-50 pounds. By kennel size standards, a Miniature sized dog does NOT exceed 25 pounds in genetic body weight. There is nothing “Miniature” about a dog of any breed, that exceeds 25 pounds in genetic body weight. Goldendoodles can weigh from 9 pounds to 150 pounds! Experienced Goldendoodle breeders can determine the sizes of their Goldendoodles much easier than an inexperienced Goldendoodle breeder, by using their past experience as well as past customer feedback. If you have to have a Goldendoodle that will be a particular size as an adult and are a stickler for size, the Goldendoodle may not be right for you. Unless you are willing to purchase a Goldendoodle puppy who is 6 months or older, you will have to rely on the Goldendoodle breeder’s experience if you must have a Goldendoodle who is one size or another. Even then, it is only a “guesstimate” and not something a breeder can guarantee. Goldendoodles are hybrid dogs and can sometimes even fool the most experienced breeder, when it comes to size. So, if you are on a doodle quest, you have your work cut out for you. As far as the Goldendoodle dog is concerned, if you don’t own one, you haven’t ever owned the ultimate family dog! They are over all, fantastic dogs who are eager to please and always ready to be your friend.
